Views of the lake and the Gold Coast neighborhood were astonishing, the room was decent size and elegant. The bed was comfortable and there were a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels to use.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was attractive with a lovely view of the city. The architectural tour on the river was outstanding.
We did not enjoy the breakfast facility as it was dark and unattractive.

I requested adjoining rooms, a refrig in the room, and a crib as we were an extended family traveling with a 6 month old. Although they did not not have traditional adjoining rooms, they did have a room configuration that fit our needs and the refrig and the crib were there when we checked in. The crib had bumpers, a beautiful sheet and blanket, and even came with little bottles of powder and baby cream! A wonderful stay!
The coffee bar in the lobby was taken away too soon.

First off, you can't beat the location. I was kinda surprised by the doormen, Eric and his team were really on top of it, just great guys.
Look, it wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but it was acceptable.

Comfortable room, cozy atmosphere, with a relaxing gym that has great amenities and is conveniently located just a short walk from several dining options and shopping.
The overall value didn't quite meet my expectations.

We were able to get a remarkable deal -- this is a great hotel!
In this day and age, charging $10 a day for internet use is silly -- even Motel 6 has free wi fi!
